EPISODE 1
Vic’s Italian Cream Puffs Without the Cream
IIn this episode, we drive around an old Italian neighborhood in Brooklyn with a guy named Vic as he tells us who’s who in his borough—all while he makes his famous Italian cream puffs, minus the cream. Back in the day, he got into a fist fight over this recipe, but fortunately, nobody was injured in the making of this episode.

Indian Family Recipes, Minus Dairy, Plus a Garage
You have to be really brave to mess with a family-favorite Indian recipe. Or maybe not? Like what if the new ingredients totally do the job right and a pivotal character still gets to cook in the garage? As the Patel-Bhowmick family prepares their big meal with Oatly instead of dairy products, spices are added, the camera operators get hungry, and a motorcycle secret is revealed.
